Host Presentation:

We are Claus, Ulrike, our teenage daughter Emily and the black lab Malou - a Danish-German family. Located in Kollund, a beautiful village right at the Baltic Sea at the Flensburg "Fjord". We absolutely love food and always enjoy having guests. Share some beautiful nordic tapas or a nordic inspired menu with fresh, local ingredients and a good glass of wine or local beer with us. No prob if you're veggie or vegan, we very much enjoy serving lovely plant based food too.

Danish, English, German and a little bit of Italian and Spanish.

Neighborhood:

Seaside village with beaches and forest at the Flensburg Bay. Sønderborg, Aabenraa and Flensburg (Germany) are very close.
